A funny thing happened after I updated my ID a short while ago. I ended up leaving the RPG Weyr around which I had centered the theme. Haha. Irony.

So, here's my new ID for 2008...centered around the theme of myself.

I realized only after I finished this that the maroon/gold colours and the lions sort of gave it a Gryffindor-ish theme. Needless to say, I was very upset when I realized this. I intended my heraldry to be original. (Not to mention, I'm a Slytherin myself. )

I will soon be posting a close-up of the heraldric device along with an explanation of its symbolism, etc.
